Head Start On Christmas

It's just about time for school to start up and before I know it...the holidays will be here. So, I thought I should get head start on some Christmas card stamples.

Let it Snow was created by using 'Big on Christmas' from Stampin' Up! After coloring the image, I covered it with Versamark then applied Heat and Stick powder and heating it with my heat gun. I then added Dazzling Diamonds and heated again....and you get a really nice glittery affect!




The next 2 cards were made with Lovely as a Tree from Stampin' Up! The first card was a little surprise for me. I thought it looked kind of plain, so I decided to dab the trees with Frosted Ice Stickles. When it dried, the trees had a nice gold shimmer on it! I guess the Stickles interacted with the black ink! It was a pleasant surprise...looks great!




This card was simply created by using white embossing powder. I think it's simple, yet wintry looking.
